Hold Fast — Weekly Encouragement – September 13, 2020

Greetings Friend,

       Let’s talk about Noah’s Faith.

       “By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared on ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became an heir of the Righteousness which in according to Faith.” (Hebrews 11:7)

       He heard God and believed, even though he did not see. How about you?

       He spent his life building an Ark, contrary to the wisdom of the world, because his Hope was in God that he and his family could have Life; even suffering persecution from those who thought he was crazy. How strong is your Hope in God and His Word for you?

       He received Righteousness as a gift; part of his inheritance because of Faith. Have you received Righteousness by Faith or are you still trying to earn it?

       We can all learn from Noah. So, here’s the Encouragement: “Let us HOLD FAST the confession of our Hope without wavering, for He who promised is Faithful;” (Hebrews 10:23)
