Holy Spirit Teacher — Weekly Encouragement – November 15, 2020

Greetings Friend,

       “As for you, the Anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His Anointing teaches you about all things, and is True and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.” (1John 2:27)

       Have you received “the Anointing”? Scripture says that if you are a believing believer, you have – “and [Godly] hope does not disappoint, because the Love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” (Romans 5:5)

       We know Holy Spirit is the Anointing from many scriptures. My favorite is “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me because the Lord has Anointed Me…” (Isaiah 61:1)

       So, have you received Holy Spirit – the Anointing? Every believing believer has. So, let Him teach you! Spend time with Him so He can teach you! Jesus said, “But when He, the Spirit of Truth comes, He will guide you into all the Truth…” (John 16:13)

       So, here’s the Encouragement: Listen to and learn from Holy Spirit alone!! When the preacher is preaching, what is Holy Spirit saying to you? When you read what I or anybody else writes, what is Holy Spirit saying through the writing? Even all day, in every situation, be listening for what Holy Spirit is telling you – He IS “the Spirit of Truth”, and “He WILL guide you into ALL the Truth.”
